Meet The Team

The team at Chiswick Park Dental & Facial Practice are dedicated to providing gentle dental care, with a focus on prevention wherever possible when it comes to oral health.

Several of our dentists have spent time treating seriously injured patients or very complex cases at hospitals around the UK. This means that they bring an extensive range of highly technical skills to the practice, with specialisms including gum surgery, root canal treatments and implants.

Dr Fabrizio Rapisarda | Principal & Owner - Specialist Oral Surgeon | GDC No. 82835

Dr Rapisarda graduated from Rome University La Sapienza in 1994, and went on to specialise in Oral Surgery in Florence. He gained extensive experience working with patients who required complex extractions, implants and grafting. Dr Rapisarda then treated seriously injured patients at the Oral and Maxillo Facial Department of the Orthopaedic Traumatic Centre (CTO) Hospital, while also running his own practice.

Dr Rapisarda has undertaken specialist courses in advanced implantology techniques, focusing on bone augmentation and grafting in London, Paris and Detroit. He relocated to the UK in 2004, working as an oral surgeon in Princess Alexandra Hospital before moving into Private Practice.

He provides surgical dental treatments with Intravenous Sedation following an Anaesthetic Certification in Sedation. He also took several specialised postgraduate courses in aesthetical implant procedures, and advanced techniques in implantology. Leveraging his experience, Dr Rapisarda enjoys treating both medical aspects and cosmetic ones, restoring beautiful smiles.

He is a black belt in Judo and a Scuba DiveMaster. In his spare time, Fabrizio enjoy swimming, travelling, and spending time with his children.

Dr Harshida Mistry | Associate Dental Surgeon | GDC No. 54952

Graduating from the Royal Dental Hospital, University of London, Dr Mistry created Chiswick Park Dental & Facial Practice in 1997. With a keen interest in preventative dentistry, and the use of minimally invasive techniques, Dr Mistry loves all aspects of modern dentistry, and has extensive experience dealing with more challenging treatments.

Dr Mistry has always believed in the importance of putting her patients at ease, to alleviate any anxiety and calm nerves, and looks to make every visit to the dentist as pain free as possible. She works hard to keep up to date with the latest industry developments, regularly attending postgraduate courses and seminars. Dr Mistry has developed her cosmetic dentistry experience, including teeth whitening and complex restorative work, but also strongly believes that prevention and the maintenance of good oral health is the key to a confident smile.

Dr Ronak Patel | Associate Dental Surgeon | GDC No. 150165

After graduating from the University of Birmingham and returning to his London roots, Dr Patel has developed a wealth of experience working in dental practices and at specialist clinics, including time at King’s College Hospital. Dr Patel has a keen interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, using veneers, ceramics and composites to deliver complete smile makeovers for his patients.

Dr Patel currently teaches dental undergraduates and runs dentistry courses at Croydon University Hospital, as well as using his extensive skills to help him deliver minimally invasive and pain free treatment. He prides himself on taking a gentle, understanding approach with all his patients, especially those who are nervous or anxious.

Dr AJ Ray-Chaudhuri | Specialist Consultant in Restorative Dentistry | GDC No. 82588

Dr Ray-Chaudhuri gained extensive experience working as both a general dentist and a hospital dentist in the years following his graduation from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ University in 2003. Specialising in treating patients who require complex and advanced restorative treatment, Dr Ray-Chaudhuri is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, who also teaches and shares his specialist skills with other dental professionals.

When it comes to helping his patients, Dr Ray-Chaudhuri is committed to working closely with each individual to create their own personalised treatment plan. He understands that dental treatment can be a worrying experience for many patients, so always takes the time to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Dr Ray-Chaudhuri has been recognised both nationally and internationally for his work and research, so patients can have complete confidence that they will be receiving outstanding care and treatment.

Dr Richard Goulart | General Dentist - special interest in Orthodontics | GDC No. 218447

Dr Goulart is our dentist with a special interest in Orthodontics, and is committed to giving his patients a beautiful smile that they can be proud of. His work also helps improve comfort and oral health, so he spends time supporting patients at other practices around London. Dr Goulart has been working in private practice for over 25 years, following his graduation from Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in Brazil.

Working hard to stay up to date with the latest treatments and techniques, Dr Goulart works with metal and invisible fixed braces, as well as removable appliances to find the most suitable teeth straightening solution for his patients. He carries out new patient consultations and assessments, as well as emergency and general appointments for children, teenagers and adults.

Dr Marina Daoud | Facial Aesthetics/Dental Surgeon | GDC No. 251528

Dr Marina Daoud qualified as a dentist from King’s College London. Soon after her foundation training she completed the year long Aspire course in advanced operative aesthetic and restorative dentistry.

Marina’s main interests lie in the provision of root canal treatments, crowns and preventative dentistry. She is also our in house aesthetic practitioner providing a variety of facial rejuvenation treatments including dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments. Marina likes to keep abreast of the latest developments in dentistry and aesthetics by regularly attending courses.

Marina likes taking the time to get to know her patients, understanding their concerns and working together with them to formulate a care plan. She has a kind and compassionate nature and is known for putting anxious patients at ease. Having two young children of her own Marina also very much enjoys treating our younger patients.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and practicing pilates.

Dr Mital Patel | Specialist in Periodontics | GDC No. 229253

Mital graduated in dentistry, with honours, from Cardiff University in 2012 and attained the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2013.

Mital worked for three years in general practice and various hospitals as a Senior House Officer in oral surgery and restorative dentistry. He embarked on his specialist training in periodontology at Guy’s Hospital in 2015 where he subsequently attained the Membership in Periodontics of the Royal College of Surgeons as well a Masters in Clinical Dentistry (Periodontology) from King’s College London.

He is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology, The European Federation of Periodontology and European Association of Osseointegration. He splits his time between various private practices and Guy’s Hopsital where he is involved in the training of undergraduate students at King’s College London as a specialist clinical teacher.

Mital is enthusiastic about treating patients with a wide variety of complex gum problems and provides all aspects of periodontal care including crown lengthening procedures and managing receding gums. As a specialist periodontist, he has had additional training in bone reconstruction and the placement of dental implants.

Martina Hanna | Dental Hygienist/Therapist | GDC No. 264176

Martina relocated to the UK from her native Australia after gaining her qualifications, and has over 5 years experience working as a dental hygienist in both private and public clinics. With excellent attention to detail, and a caring, friendly approach, Martina ensures that all her patients receive a personalised service when they are looking for dental hygiene treatment, advices and support.

Dedicated to always delivering the most suitable and up to date solutions and advice, Martina ensures she maintains an excellent level of dental hygiene knowledge. It is important to her that her patients always feel listened to and valued, so Martina takes the time to explain treatment options and educate and inform patients about the most effective ways to achieve and maintain the best oral health at home.

Zivile Karklyte | Hygienist | GDC No. 170596

Lithuanian born Zivile Karklyte is a highly motivated dental hygienist with over 12 years’ experience in dentistry.

Zivile graduated as a general medical nurse in her native Lithuania in 2000, and she started her dental career in 2003 as a dental nurse.

Passionate, gentle, thorough and driven, she wanted to pursue her career as a dental hygienist and she subsequently qualified in 2010 as a dental hygienist.

Zivile enjoys interacting with people and particularly enjoys educating and motivating her patients to continue with excellent oral hygiene.

Zivile joined Chiswick Park Dental Practice in May 2012 and has looked after our hygiene and dental patients’ needs since joining the practice.

Zivile is local to the practice and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her young family and socialising.
