Dear Valued Patient,

We would like to take this opportunity to hope that you, your family and friends continue to be safe and healthy during this extremely difficult time and unsettling time.

Due to the current unprecedented circumstances and the spread of COVID 19 it is with regret that I have had to take the unfortunate decision to temporarily close the practice, our priority is your safety and wellbeing and the health and safety of our staff. Therefore, following governments instructions and guidelines, we have temporarily closed the practice until further notice. Our team has worked with you and your family for many years and your safety is always our paramount concern especially within our practice environment.

If you have an urgent dental emergency or need advice then please contact our telephone triage service on 020 89879977, alternatively you may also contact us via email mail@chiswickparkdentalpractice.co.uk. Our on-call dentist will have access to your medical history and dental records and will be able to assess your concerns quickly and thoroughly over the phone.
If you are unable to contact the practice between 9am -5pm – Monday – Saturday please contact one of the COVID 19 Dental triage centres as listed below: –

Adult Centres:
*Kings College Hospital – Emergency Helpline – Tel: 0203 299 5608 you will be offered an appointment time to attend if they feel it is necessary after telephone triage consultation.
*Guys Hospital – for disabled and special care patients, first come first served there is no telephone number available for this service. Tel: 020 71887188
*Royal London Hospital – Telephone triage only – Tel: 020 73777000
*Whipps Cross Hospital – between 9am-11am- Tel: 020 85356437

Children’s Treatment Centres:
*St Thomas’ Hospital – all children to be directed St Thomas’ Hospital and not Guys or Kings – walk in dental service advised available.
*Paediatric Dental Emergencies – call NHS 111 who will provide you with a telephone number if the triage nurse feels you should visit the hospital between 9am -12 noon Monday – Friday.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind patients to follow government guidance during this difficult time and wherever possible to STAY SAFE AT HOME.
